FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS
Our newly-developed membership website, myresilientfamily.com, offers our members online access to our workshops and multiple resources plus valuable group coaching and community support. Within a modest monthly subscription, it also includes expert interviews, guided meditations, email support and member discounts on store products.
Discounted membership packages for My Resilient Family are available for businesses and educational establishments who wish to provide ongoing training and support to staff and students.

The story of Resilient Me began 20 years ago when its Principal and Founder, Rachel Munns, experienced a close member of her family suffering a major breakdown due to stress at work. A number of years later she then witnessed both her husband and her son going through extremely tough times for other mental health-related reasons. Thankfully, all three are now well and thriving, but this is where the journey started.
Rachel's lived experience gave her the determination to research and develop workshops and resources that would be able to help other adults, children and families who were facing similar problems.
Two flagship workshops - 'The Circus of Life' and 'The Best of You' - have since helped thousands of people to understand stress and mental health issues better, and to put in place the strategies and lifestyle changes that can make them more resilient, happier individuals. Other workshops have also been developed in areas including full management training, study skills and motivation.
